By purchasing, receiving, activating or using the Anti-Lag Pro application (“the Software”, “the App”, “AntiLag”) for Assetto Corsa, you (“the User”, “Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by the following terms:
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use one copy of the Software.
The license is tied to one unique key and is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This grant is conditional on your compliance with Section 2 (Internet connectivity & license validation), including allowing the Software to contact our servers for validation and health checks as designed.
Use of the licensed Software (including premium features) requires a working Internet connection on your device for as long as the Software is designed to operate online — including continuous or periodic connectivity while the App is in use, as implemented in the product.
The Software communicates with Badjo Entertainment’s servers to perform license validation, heartbeat / health checks, session enforcement, and related anti-abuse measures using your license key and technical session identifiers. You acknowledge and accept that these network contacts are essential to the license model.
You may not block, disable, reroute, spoof, tamper with, or circumvent these communications (including by firewall rules, hosts-file edits, proxies, modified clients, or similar means) except where mandatory law prevents such a restriction.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of our validation or licensing infrastructure. Temporary outages, maintenance, or connectivity issues on your side or ours may cause premium features to be unavailable — without liability or refund except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Offline or air-gapped use of premium functionality is not offered unless we explicitly document otherwise. Lack of Internet access is not grounds for a refund if disclosed before purchase (see also Section 8 — No Refunds Policy).
One key = one user.
The key may be used on multiple personal devices owned by you, but only one instance of the Software may be actively running at any given time (one active game session).
Simultaneous use on multiple computers, sharing the key with other people, using virtual machines to run additional instances, or any form of multi-user access is strictly prohibited.
The Software includes mechanisms to detect violations (multiple simultaneous sessions, unusual usage patterns, key sharing indicators).
If a violation is detected, the license key may be permanently revoked/banned without notice or refund.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance (anonymized, no personal data beyond key + session metadata).
You may not:
We are not responsible for any in-game bans, kicks, account suspensions or loss of access caused by using the Software (whether correctly or incorrectly).
You use the Software at your own risk in online environments. Many public and official servers detect and ban modified physics/behaviour apps.
We may immediately revoke your license (disable the key on our validation server) if:
Revoked keys will no longer pass validation → the Software will disable premium features.
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for revoked/banned keys, lost keys, or change of mind.
You are solely responsible for keeping your license key private.
We are not responsible if your key is stolen, leaked, or used by someone else.
Lost or compromised keys will not be replaced free of charge (new key requires new purchase/subscription).
Active premium keys receive updates and support during your subscription period (if purchased via Patreon).
Legacy/cancelled keys remain functional with the last version received, but will not receive new updates or support.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law where mandatory.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
By activating the key or using the Software you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software and contact us for refund (only before activation).
