This Privacy Policy covers the badjoentertainment.com website itself (the homepage and world hub pages). It does not cover our individual games, mods, or subdomains, which may publish their own privacy policy where relevant — for example, Escape from X has a separate policy governing data accessed through Meta's platform APIs, and our Assetto Corsa mods subdomain has its own policies for license delivery and Patreon integration.
Cookies: The website sets one cookie, badjo_cookie_consent, which stores only your Accept/Decline choice from our cookie banner. It is strictly necessary to remember that choice so we don't ask again on every visit, and lasts up to 365 days. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Contact by email: If you email us or use a "Notify Me" link, we receive whatever information you choose to send (such as your email address) directly to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you or notify you about the product you asked about, and we don't add you to any mailing list without your say-so.
Server logs: Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes, as is normal for any website.

Since we collect very little data (mainly what you send us directly by email), most requests can be handled simply by contacting us. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
